This blog is all about Mighty Mikey who is the happiest little boy.

My name is Emma and I am Mikey’s mum. He is the first child of my husband Andy and I and he is simply the most amazing little human. Mikey has Cerebral Palsy, epilepsy, hearing loss, global developmental delay and microcephaly. You can read all about Mikey’s challenging start to life here.

I created this blog to share all the joy that Mikey brings to the world. I write about his therapy, equipment, toys and all the fun DIY projects we take on. I like to make lots of things that are suitable for Mikey as he can’t always use regular equipment and toys. We find fun ways to make practical items without the ‘disability’ price tag.

I am not a therapist, a doctor, or a specialist in anything relevant to children or disabilities so all of the information on this site is just my own personal opinion.
